Debra brings over 20 years of nonprofit experience in the human services, arts, healthcare, and economic development sectors. She has held leadership and consulting positions across the nation at the Sounds True Foundation, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Horizons for Homeless Children, the United Way, and other organizations that serve families affected by poverty, trauma, and social injustice.

Debra has two adult children and is an avid traveler who loves cooking (and eating!) delicious foods, gardening, and all manner of crafting. She also used to be a beekeeper!
